1 - En saison, les réservations des locations sont faites "à la semaine" du samedi au samedi
2 - Acompte: Pour être accepté, le bon de réservation doit être accompagné d'un chèque en Euros d'un montant de 150 €uros par mobil-home.
3 -Paiement : La totalité des frais de location sera payée à l'arrivée.
4 - Caution : le chèque d'acompte de 150 €uros servira de caution pendant la durée du séjour, pour couvrir toute dégradation éventuelle, le locataire s'engageant à rembourser l'intégralité des dégâts dont il serait responsable.Cette caution sera rendue le jour du départ après état des lieux
5 - Ménage : Le locataire est responsable de la propreté de son mobil-home.A son départ, un forfait de nettoyage est possible en supplément
6 - Horaires : La location réservée sera disponible, le samedi, jour d'arrivée, à partir de 15h, et sera libérée samedi, jour du départ, avant 10h.
7 - Si le client, pour quelque raison que ce soit, n'arrive pas le jour prévu, et s'il n'a pas prévenu le camping, la location reviendra à la disposition du camping à partir du lendemain 12h et le client ne pourra prétendre à aucun remboursement des sommes versées.
8 - En cas d'interruption du séjour par le client, il ne sera procédé à aucun remboursement, et la location ou l'emplacement reviendra à la disposition du camping après son départ.

Remboursement éventuel des dépôts
1 - En cas d'annulation à plus de 8 semaines de la date d'arrivée prévue: remboursement du dépôt en totalité.
2 - En cas d'annulation entre 4 et 8 semaines de la date d'arrivée prévue: remboursement de la moitié seulement du dépôt.
3 - En cas d'annulation à moins de 4 semaines de la date d'arrivée prévue: aucun remboursement possible

Assurances
1- Chaque campeur doit être assuré pour sa "Responsabilité Civile"
2 -Nous attirons votre attention sur la possibilité de souscrire auprès de votre assureur un contrat couvrant les conséquences d'une annulation ou d'une interruption de séjour.

NB Les animaux domestiques sont acceptés sous réserve d'être gardés en laisse et promenés à l'extérieur du terrain.Les certificats de vaccination, à jour, sont obligatoires.

1- In high season, the rental of a mobil-home or a caravan is "weekly" from saturday until saturday.
2 - Deposit : Please include with your Reservation Form a cheque: 150 €uros for a mobile-home
3 - Payment : all the costs of renting will be paid when you arrive at the camp.
4 - Guarantee : Your deposit cheque of 150 € will be used for guarantee during the residence.This will be returned on the day oy your departure after checking that the mobile-home and inventory have nor damaged.
5 -Cleaning : during your stay you are responsable for the cleanliness of the mobile-home or caravan that you occupy.The services of a cleaning lady can be arranged the day of you departure, at your expense.
6 - Timetables : Our mobile-home are at your disposal from 3 p.m on the day of your arrival, and the day of your departure you must leave beafore 10 a.m.
7 - In the case of non arrival on the advised date, for whatever reason, and if the camp has not received any notification of delay, the reservation will be invalid from 12 a.m. the day after, and the deposit will not be refunded.
8 - If a client cuts his stay short, not refund will be made, when he has left, the camp is free to reallocate the site, mobile-home or caravan.
 

Refund of deposit
1 - In the event of cancellation more than 8 weeks before the beginning of the reservation, the deposit will be refunded in full.
2 - A refund of 50 % of the deposit will be made if notification of cancellation is received not less than 4 weeks before the anticipated date of arrival.
3 - Refunds of deposit cannot be guaranteed in any other circumstances.

Insurances
1 - Each camper must be covered by a "Civil Responsability" insurance.
2 - We draw your attention to the possibility of making a contract with your insurer to cover the liabilities arising from cancelling your stay or breaking it short.

N.B. Domestic animals are accepted on the following conditions: that they are kept on a lead and walked outside the camp.Providing you have a vaccination certificate.
